The main objective of GCI is to promote and provide social, educational, spiritual, entertainment and cultural programs which will enable persons of Indian heritage to understand better our history and traditions. They also promote and foster any activities that improve mutual understanding and appreciation between the Indo-Australian community and the mainstream Australian community.
