Chai Masala (Indian Spiced Tea)

In a pot put 5 cups water and 1 cup milk. Bring to a boil, lower the flame and add 1 tsp Spice Trail Chai Tea Mix. Simmer for about 3-4 minutes then add tea leaves (preferably a strong tea like Tea India or English Breakfast). Simmer for another 3-4 minutes then strain and serve with sugar or honey. Makes four cups.
