Morrocan BBQ Chops

6 nos BBQ Lamb chops
6 nos Lamb Cutlets
1 tblsp Spice Trail Harrisa
1 tblsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste
1 tblsp Lemon juice

In a bowl, Blend together Spice Trail Harrisa, olive oil, salt and lemon juice.
Rub this marinade into lamb chops/cutlets. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Barbeque or pan fry, brushing olive oil as you turn over the lamb. Serve hot with green mesculun salad, shaved onion and a lemon wedge.

Harrisa is a fiery hot blend of spices, very popular in Middle Eastern Cuisine, especially Morrocon. Goes very well with lamb, chicken and seafood.
