Prawns Koliwada

500gm Green prawns, shelled & cleaned
1 tsp Hot chili powder
1 tsp Turmeric
Salt to taste
2 tsp Spice Trail Bombay Curry Powder
2 cloves Garlic sliced
10-12 Curry leaves
1 small Tomato, diced
2 tblsp Oil
1/2 Lemon/Lime

Marinate prawns in chili powder, turmeric and salt. Set aside. (This can be done a day or two in advance when you buy the prawns, then refrigerate.) Heat oil in a wok, throw in sliced garlic and curry leaves, stir for a few seconds then add prawns. Stir the prawns on high flame, tossing them around for a minute. Add Spice Trail Bombay Curry Powder, keep sauteeing the prawns. If you feel that the spices are beginning to stick to the bottom of the wok, sprinkle some water to avoid burning. Throw in the diced tomato, further cook the prawns for another 3-4 minutes, squeeze in the lime/lemon juice and serve hot. For extra zaazz, sprinkle sliced green chillies on top before serving.
